Refund policy

At Tiny Coco, we want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a simple return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Initiating a Return/Exchange: Please contact us at info@tinycoco.in to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the details of the return including the item to be returned or exchanged. If your return request is accepted, we’ll notify you and arrange for return pickup. 
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding the delivery fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tinycoco.in. 
  • For PAY ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY orders: Store credits will be provided. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
  • Exchange if any, is provided within same product. Customer will be issued a store credit, in case the desired the product is not in stock.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items, gift cards and personal care goods (such as beauty products (nail paints, combs, face jewels etc) under accessories (stockings etc). While we can't accept exchanges solely based on style or color preferences, we strive to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos to help you make informed decisions before you buy! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Size Exchange for Bangles: We understand finding the perfect fit can be tricky sometimes in Bangles for children. If your item doesn't fit quite right, we offer hassle-free size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. Simply contact us at info@tinycoco.in to initiate the exchange. To ensure a great fit from the start, we recommend carefully reviewing our size charts included in the product description. If you're unsure between sizes, consider sizing up for extra comfort.
  • Damages and issues
    At Tiny Coco we take utmost quality check and use safe and reliable courier partners to deliver your products. Thus there are very rare chances that the product might get damaged in transit but if your order is received damaged, is defective or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Opening video of the parcel is mandatory to be shared to info@tinycoco.in
