Shipping Policy

Thank you for your Visit at Tiny Coco! This policy outlines the shipping options and costs for your orders.

 

Order Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer the following:

Domestic shipping options in India: The estimated delivery time is 5-6 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery. 

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for order above 599/- a shipping charge of ₹120 will be applicable to all orders under ₹599.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking:

The estimated delivery times mentioned above are after the order processing time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare case of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at info@tinycoco.in within 8-10 days of your estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or arrange for a replacement.

Order Changes and Refunds:

  • Change Your Mind? No Problem! You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Order Already on its Way? If you need to cancel after it has shipped, we understand. However, you'll be responsible for any shipping costs involved.
  • Quick Refunds: Once your order is canceled, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Additional Information

For Cash on Delivery orders (available in select areas only), a confirmation call from us is required. Your COD order will usually ship the next business day after you place it. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Please note: If a COD order is cancelled after confirmation, future COD orders may require prepayment for that customer.
  • A convenience fee of Rs. 120 applies to COD orders in India.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above 599/-

Important: Our delivery partners will always collect payment upon delivery. You will never be asked to pay in advance for a COD order, neither by phone nor text message. Do not click on any links or make payments for COD orders through text messages.
